Laser Applique or laser Embroidery with tackle twill, felt and other materials is hugely popular in the USA especially in the college and sports team clothing decoration and is now seen more and more in fashion lines from Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle, Henleys and Jack Wills but these guys use large oversea companies to produce these items and unless your willing to order vast amounts then this is a look most companies cannot afford let alone the individual.
This is where we come in, we have invested in the latest applique laser cutting and embroidery equipment so that we can offer you the same look with no setup or minmum order. Think about that top you like so much from Abercrombie now imagine your name or company logo in the same effect.
Tackle Twill This effect is created using a two layers of poly tackle twill which has been laser cut and then sewn on to the garment using a matching colour bean stitchs. As well as carrying the most basic colours we also offer metalic and diamond finish tacke twill.A design like this shown would cost £34 including the hoody order 20 or more and you get a 40% discount.
Distressed Applique is created much the same way but by adjusting the laser we can creat a rough edge which will become even more distressed after washing. You could even use multi layers with a felt layer below the distressed cotton twill. The example shown used 2 layers of T shirt material to creat the distressed applique look.
Reverse Applique, In this design is an extremely cool look at the moment unlike the above applique methods in reverse applique a contrast material in this case a grey t-shirt material is sewn to the garment using a bean stitch and then the laser is used to remove material to reveal the design.
